We are always looking to improve systems and bring the best products and services to you, our
members. We asked, and you have told us that you would like something better; a more robust, online,
and digital banking experience that is easy to use. We are excited to announce that we are planning
to bring system enhancements which will deliver a faster, secure, and more convenient way to do your
banking! Enhancements will be taking place in early June, giving our entire system an upgrade. These
enhancements will include our core processing system, MEL (our Member Express Line) as well as our
online and mobile banking platforms.
During the enhancement process, we will be closed for business Friday, June 3, 2022 at 5:00 pm thru
Monday, June 6, 2022. During that timeframe, all branches will be closed and account access will be
limited. Please see the enclosed documents so we can help you plan accordingly.
It is important for members to know that a great deal of careful thought, strategic research, and
project planning have gone into this endeavor with the purpose of providing a better member service
experience. A dedicated LCU Team has been working behind the scenes in preparation to make the
transition to these system enhancements as seamless as possible.
We encourage you to read the information on our website to stay up-to-date. This is important information that you will need to know on items that could impact you.
